Andy Cohen is weighing in on E!\u2018s The Golden Life, a new reality series that casts former Bravo stars from The Real Housewives of New York City.<\/p>\n
The Real Housewives executive producer took to his SiriusXM radio show to give his take on the new show, which is set to go into production this spring in Palm Beach, Florida.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m so excited for them. I texted the ladies yesterday. I think it\u2019s gonna be a great show,\u201d Cohen said on Radio Andy. \u201cI could never root against these women. I absolutely love them. I love them together. So does America. I\u2019m gonna speak for America, and I think it\u2019s gonna be great, and I can\u2019t wait to watch, and I\u2019m happy for them.\u201d<\/p>\n
Bravo and E! used to be under the NBCUniversal umbrella, but everything changed when Comcast spunoff E! into what is now known as Versant. Now the former RHONY ladies will be on a rival network.<\/p>\n

The Golden Life is set to star Luann de Lesseps, Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon, and Sonja Morgan, who have all previously starred on RHONY for multiple seasons. When Bravo opted to reboot the franchise, Peacock reunited De Lesseps, Singer, Bensimon, and Morgan for Season 4 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, which served as a sendoff to them.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you watch The Ultimate Girls Trip that they all did, it was really fun. That felt like kind of a series finale in a weird way. They kind of wrapped it all up, but now they\u2019re embarking on,\u201d Cohen added.<\/p>\n
Over the years, Bravo has continued to work with some of the RHONY stars, like Morgan and De Lesseps, who went on to star in Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake in 2023, in which both stars traded city life for country life. In 2025, De Lesseps returned to Bravo as one of the Real Housewives looking for a love connection on Bravo\u2019s Love Hotel.<\/p>\n
De Lesseps was also recently cast in Bravo\u2019s celebration of the 20th anniversary of the franchise, tentatively titled The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th. The special set to air later this year will also have appearances from some of the other ladies from RHONY.<\/p>\n
Singer is one of the only RHONY stars who has not been part of the Bravo world since RHONY Legacy after the network distanced itself from her for using a racial slur. The reality star was set to make an appearance at BravoCon in 2023, but was dropped from the Las Vegas event just days before.<\/p>\n
On his radio show, Cohen noted that most of the ladies now live in Florida and wished them the best, adding, \u201cI wish them well, and I\u2019m happy for the fans who wanted to see this, and I\u2019m happy for them.\u201d<\/p>\n
