The alert also includes areas in the states of Tamaulipas, Michoac\u00e1n, Guerrero and Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Nemesio Rub\u00e9n Oseguera Cervantes, known as \u201cEl Mencho,\u201d was killed in a federal operation against the Jalisco New Generation Cartel on Sunday morning, according to people familiar with the matter.<\/p>\n<p>After his death, criminal groups burned cars and trucks to block roads in different areas of Jalisco, according to local outlets Reforma and Milenio.
